How billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Bachata Studio's free, monthly, and lifetime plans — including immediate access to a digital service and your right of withdrawal.

This policy explains what you pay for, how billing works, when you can cancel, and when refunds are available. It applies to Bachata Studio at bachata-musicality.com. Bachata Studio is a digital subscription web app — a service you access online, not a download or a physical product — so the rules below are about access and recurring billing rather than shipping or returns.

The plans in short

There are three ways to use Bachata Studio:

  • Free plan — a limited set of features at no charge. There is nothing to bill, cancel, or refund.
  • Monthly subscription — recurring access that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • One-time lifetime — a single payment for permanent access, with no recurring charge.

Prices for the monthly and lifetime plans are the amounts we approved from your proposal on the Make an Offer page (/offer), charged in your chosen currency (USD, EUR, GBP, or PLN) through our payment provider, Stripe.

Refunds and your right of withdrawal

Bachata Studio is digital content and an online service that you get access to immediately. At checkout you tick a box asking us to start your access right away and confirming that you understand you give up your 14-day right of withdrawal once that access begins. Because you receive the service straight away, paid plans are non-refundable once your access has started.

Here is what that means for each paid plan:

  • One-time lifetime — non-refundable once your access has begun, because you asked for and received immediate access.
  • Monthly subscription — non-refundable once your access has begun. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see below); cancelling ends future charges but does not refund a month you have already started.

Try before you pay: the free plan lets you explore Bachata Studio at no charge and with no card, so you can decide whether a paid plan is right for you before you spend anything. If you'd like a little more room or time on the free plan before deciding, just message us and we'll do our best to help — see "Need more time to decide?" below.

None of this affects your mandatory legal rights. If the service is faulty, not as described, or we fail to provide what you paid for, you are still entitled to a remedy under the consumer law that applies to you, and we will always honour those rights.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your monthly subscription whenever you like, and cancelling is as easy as subscribing. When you cancel, we stop all future renewals and you won't be charged again. The lifetime plan has nothing to cancel, because there is no recurring charge — your access simply stays.

How to cancel

  • Self-serve — open your account settings and manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, then choose to cancel.
  • By email — write to support@thetotalfocus.com from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We'll confirm and stop future renewals.

What happens to your access after you cancel

Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't cut off your access straight away. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it ends after that.

Price changes

If we ever change the price of a recurring subscription, we'll tell you by email in advance. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you'd rather not continue at the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you think you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, contact us at support@thetotalfocus.com. We'll look into it promptly and put right any genuine billing mistake, including refunding a duplicate or incorrect charge.

Not ready to pay yet? You don't have to. Keep using the free plan for as long as you like. And if you'd like a little more time or a bit more room on the free plan to make up your mind, just message the team and ask — we read every message and we're happy to extend your free access where we can.
