Bachata Studio is an online service, so there is nothing to ship. Everything you buy is delivered digitally and unlocks automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. This page explains how that works. It applies to Bachata Studio at bachata-musicality.com.
There Is Nothing to Ship
Bachata Studio is a web app you use in your browser at bachata-musicality.com. There are no physical products, no goods, no downloads to install, and no shipping involved. When you upgrade to a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime plan, you are buying access to the service, not a file or a package.
Access Is Digital and Immediate
Once Stripe confirms your payment, your account is upgraded automatically. In most cases this happens within seconds. In rare cases it can take up to a few minutes while the payment finishes confirming.
You do not need to do anything to receive your access. There is no email attachment, download link, or delivery to wait for. As soon as the upgrade is applied, the features included in your plan become available the next time you use the app.
How to Use Your Access
Just sign in at bachata-musicality.com with the account you used to pay. Your flows, your figure library, and the practice games are all available inside the app once you are signed in. There is nothing to download or install.
No Delivery Costs
There are no delivery or shipping fees, ever. The price you agreed at checkout is the full price. Because nothing is physically shipped, there is no address to enter and no delivery to schedule.
If Your Access Does Not Unlock
If a few minutes have passed after a successful payment and your plan still has not unlocked, please try signing out and back in first. If that does not fix it, contact us and we will sort it out quickly. Please include the email address on your account so we can find your payment.
Refunds and Cancellation
Because delivery is immediate, refunds and cancellation are handled separately from delivery. Since your access starts right away and you waive your 14-day withdrawal right at checkout, paid plans are non-refundable once access begins — though you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
